As an organization, we are familiar with what diversity and inclusion look like from an external or more visible perspective. In this session, our panel, which is made up of ICF members from around the world, asks what deeper levels of change in a culture are needed — both individually and as a team or organization — to ensure equity and inclusion. As we move towards becoming a culture of belonging, what skills are required of us as leaders?
Learning Objectives:
• Develop awareness of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) in ICF boards, chapters, and teams.
• Explore opportunities within ourselves as individuals to ensure diversity and inclusion.
• Identify what cultural patterns might be inhibiting the DEIJ growth within the ICF ecosystem.
