You are not just any ordinary volunteer within ICF. You have acquired a leadership role! Volunteer leaders enhance nonprofits and associations by impacting the organization through local communities, participating in larger-scale projects, decision-making, and much more! 

This session will explore questions for you to consider in your ICF volunteer leadership role. Several areas that we will cover are: 
•    How can we be the leaders who inspire others to lead? 
•    In moments of profound change, leaders must rise to the situation. What would you do in these situations? 
•    What is calling for you to show bravery in leadership?
