Discover what it means to coach innovation in adverse and challenging BANI (brittle, anxious, nonlinear and incomprehensible) times, to affect profound change for leaders and teams in life and work, and to help clients envision a world where people matter and where innovation is the norm. In this session, you will learn why innovation is important and what it means to innovate, as well as learn about the core benefits of innovation to people, leaders, teams, groups and organizations.

Plus, you’ll hear about an evidence-based global client case study. Despite being in the second year of a global digital transformation initiative, a high-level, senior group of medical and legal professionals were reluctant, avoidant, inert and immobilized towards leading, managing and role modeling the desired changes. They were unable to progress innovation throughout their group, and across the organization, as their strategic mandate and job functions required them to do.
