Coaching isn’t a subject that is just knowledge to be memorized. It is an experience to be experienced. Coach educators must model and co-create with learners to inspire and enable them to find their own styles and rhythm in their own coaching practice. 

Coach learning is a co-creative space where learners can experience firsthand what co-creation and partnering is like in a learning space. As coach educators, we must customize our teaching styles to match different cultural, multi-generational and diverse learners while also appreciating the various learning styles and spectrums of preferences in our cohorts. 

 This session will share why co-creative learning is the quintessential element to coaching education. We will explore how to use learning strategies from pedagogy, andragogy and gerontology in the coaching education context, as well as how to measure teaching effectiveness within your classroom. We will also examine the various cultural and multi-generational learning styles and how to employ the most appropriate teaching styles. Bringing into consideration the mix of learners in the classroom and medium of teaching will enable you to create a truly immersive learning experience. Plus, you will hear case examples that you can introduce to your classes. 

The session is designed to give you a global perspective while enabling you to curate a local style for your respective learners.
