Dez Stephens, PCC, is founder and CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy, a prominent international coach training school that certifies holistic life coaches, wellness coaches and business coaches. She is a certified and credentialed coach, master trainer and marketing strategist. Dez is a humanitarian coach, a social entrepreneur, a people’s advocate and a planetary activist. She has coached professionally since 2005, when she received her life coach certification. Since its founding in 2012, Dez’s Radiant Coaches Academy has now trained and certified more than 600 students in 20+ countries.

In 2017, the ICF Tennessee Chapter honored Dez with the Prism Award for her work in the advancement of the coaching profession. In 2022, the ICF Foundation’s Ignite Initiative recognized her for her nonprofit work in Honduras. Through her co-founded non-governmental organization, the Melanie Gissell Foundation, Dez provided grief and pain recovery coaching to Central Americans.
