Elyse Doti Cohen, MCC, has worked in the New York City Department of Education for 24 years, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and new principal coach. She is also currently co-director of the Educational Leadership Executive Coach Team (ELECT), the first internal coaching education program in a public school system. ELECT provides racially conscious, equity-centered, coaching education and executive coaching services to leaders in the education system. Elyse is a certified mentor coach, has two sons that keep her on her toes, and enjoys running and lifting.
