Talana Bradley, PCC, has been a New York City Department of Education Executive Leadership Coach since 2015. She began her career as a teacher and school leader, driven by the belief that a high-quality public education is the birthright of every child, and that leadership matters. She believes that the key to providing education lies in the development of racially conscious leaders, willing to work on themselves to improve outcomes for all children. As such, Talana coaches and provides coaching education centered on the belief –that greatness happens when every individual, young and old, is supported, developing their unique gifts to become confident leaders of change.
