She has a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Law and Spanish (distinction in spoken Spanish), and she has a master’s degree in Human Rights and Democratization from the University of Padua, Italy and Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany. She also holds a Master of Arts in Applied Neuroscience and a master’s degree in Neuroeducation and Neuropsychology.
In 2003, she qualified as a lawyer in the United Kingdom, but decided instead to combine her teaching experience, specialization in business English, and legal knowledge to language coach top executives across Europe.
She continued to develop as a professional life coach and language coach, and in 2012, she created the new method and approach for language learning called Neurolanguage Coaching®, as well as began offering training as one of the first ICF CCE accredited programs for language teachers. To date, she has trained over 1,200 language teachers worldwide and also delivers advanced, professional and ongoing session courses that have ICF accreditation.
In 2020, Rachel founded the Neuroheart Education Foundation with ELC and Gary Houlton, and she developed a new ICF-accredited course (CCE) for teachers of any discipline to become Neuroheart Educational coaches and to transform the educational process in schools, universities and corporations worldwide.
