In this interactive lab, we’ll share the evolution of our internal coaching program — from a pilot designed to support new school leaders to an accredited, sustainable systematic approach to coaching and coach education that empowers people, builds culture, and centers humanity. Participants will engage in reflection, a Q&A, and develop next steps for themselves. We encourage partners and small teams from the same organization to attend together.
