Together, we’ll experiment with LSP’s evidence-based techniques to improve communication, deepen reflection, and construct meaningful conversations — brick by brick. The session consists of three components that include experiential skill development of an applied coaching methodology, and a deep dive exploration into a topic facing our community. You'll walk away with new ways to explore coaching questions, foster collaboration, and make thinking visible.
