Explore how LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) turns hands-on creativity into powerful coaching insights. In this immersive session, you’ll use the hand-mind connection to build models (ARTifacts) that express real-world challenges, ideas, and opportunities. Together, we’ll experiment with LSP’s evidence-based techniques to improve communication, deepen reflection, and construct meaningful conversations — brick by brick. The session consists of three components that include experiential skill development of an applied coaching methodology and a deep dive exploration into a topic facing our community. You'll walk away with new ways to explore coaching questions, foster collaboration, and make thinking visible.
