Description

Successful professionals often find themselves inside an emotional paradox: being happy with their professional and personal achievements, while simultaneously experiencing stagnation and lack of fulfillment. We often don’t read the ‘red flags’ of slowed or stalled development: exhaustion, excessive comparison, resentment, unacknowledged envy, and irrational hope that building better habits will somehow lead us to fulfillment. Instead of moving forward, we frequently burn out. In this session, we will learn how to address the paradox of stagnating success and orient our motivational system toward growth and lifelong development.
