Description

ICF Ethics Independent Review Board members, we've witnessed situations that have created ill will between coaches and clients due to improper contracting. Without conscious ethical contracting, the stage can be set for misunderstandings, unmet expectations, and ultimately, damaged trust. In some cases, this harm leads to clients feeling disempowered, coaches facing reputational damage, and in some situations, legal ramifications.

In this interactive session, we’ll explore guidelines for ethical client contracting through real-world examples. We'll dive into the importance of written contracts for the coaching process, helping you create clear, ethical agreements that foster trust and client success.
