With minimal input, participants engage in plenary and small group discussions using real-life conflict scenarios. We'll explore practice and key principles from transformative mediation. Coaches will develop tools to help clients understand conflict dynamics, evaluate options, and develop action plans. Through shared experiences, we enhance coaching capacity to facilitate insight, self-awareness, and empowered action.
