Coaches need increased understanding, recognition and skill in co-navigating the outsized neurobiological impact of chronic, high uncertainty. This session will teach and contextualize the neuroscience of uncertainty, and provide tools and immediately actionable skills for coaching through the overwhelm and distress many clients are currently facing.
