Rossella Pin, MCC, is a certified mentor coach, coaching supervisor, and expert in organizational development. With more than 20 years of experience leading companies, she has coached hundreds of leaders and teams in mastering new roles and strategic initiatives. As a global faculty trainer and Italian program director at the International Coach Academy, she supports internal coaches through training, mentoring, and supervision. Rossella is the founder of MentorLab and co-founder of EMCC Italy. She also serves on the boards of two nonprofits, providing coaching and mentoring in high schools and local communities to foster leadership and positive change.
