Jeff Nally is the chief coaching officer and chief HR officer at CoachSource, where he engages more than 1,000 external coaches with corporations worldwide. He is co-author of "Rethinking Human Resources," "Humans@Work," and "When Work Works." Jeff earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Georgetown College, USA, and an MBA from Georgia State University, USA. He is a member of the ICF Foundation Society and has served on the boards of the ICF Ohio Valley Charter Chapter, the SHRM Foundation, and the Gay Coaches Alliance. He received the 2021 Thomas J. Leonard Coach Humanitarian Award.
