In 2018, she created the Power of Metaphor Certification Program to train coaches to tune into client metaphors for deeper insights. She later developed the Updated Credentialing Exam PREP (2022) and ACC Credentialing Exam PREP (2024), supporting 6,500+ coaches in passing the ICF Credentialing Exams.
