Tamala Chirwa is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and registered mentor coach specializing in executive, leadership, and group/team coaching. She is a Leadership Emotional Intelligence Performance Accelerator (LEIPA) facilitator and coach trainer, certified to debrief assessment tools including DiSC, the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks 360 Assessments, WorkPlace Big Five Profile, Influence Style Indicator, Conflict Dynamics Profile, and WorkLife Indicator. A Vital Voices Leadership Fellow and member of the VV100 network, Tamala serves as board chairperson of Mudzi Connect Malawi, board member of World Connect Global, board trustee of the ICF Foundation, and member of the ICF Global Diversity Council.
