Kathy McKenzie is a pioneer in the field of coaching in Australia, founding FIREUP Coaching in 1998. An innovator and entrepreneur, she wrote an Australian qualification to align to the ICF Core Competencies and is an expert in coach training design. Since 2004, she has supported hundreds of coaches in achieving ICF credentialing. She holds a master's degree in vocational education and training and designed and developed FIREUP Coaching’s flagship programs. She currently serves as an ICF APAC Ambassador for the Coaching Knowledge Education community.
