Dumi Magadlela is an executive coach, team coach, coach trainer, and leadership skills development facilitator. He is a founding board member of the Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting, and Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP), an association promoting professional coaching across Africa. He co-founded and chaired the Ubuntu Coaching Foundation (UCF) at The Coaching Centre (TCC) in South Africa. The foundation helps previously disadvantaged communities access often unaffordable coaching services. He served as the ICF Global Board Chair from 2023-2024 and currently serves on multiple coach-development faculties globally. He coaches leaders and executives across diverse sectors. Dumi lives in Johannesburg and works globally.
