Jessica Srikantia Field, PCC, PhD, ITCA, academic director of Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, is dedicated to developing transformational leaders, coaches, and practitioners for a sustainable and compassionate future. A Rhodes Scholar, accredited team coach, and associate professor of practice, she holds a joint doctorate in psychology and conceptual foundations of science. Her coaching focus includes supervision, inclusive coaching, and systems and relational coaching. As a lifelong passion, Jessica walks her own inner journey alongside her outer work, and has been humbled and transformed by the blessing to engage in global solidarity with extraordinary leaders and communities.
