Jason Donkersgoed is a leadership expert, PCC-certified coach, and director of Extension at Lethbridge Polytechnic. With more than 30 years of leadership experience and a Master of Arts in leadership, Jason is passionate about helping others lead with heart and humanity. His leadership philosophy, outlined in his upcoming book "Dynamic Alignment," focuses on generative awareness, relational resonance, and system sight. Jason's mission is to empower individuals and organizations through coaching, fostering positive environments where teams flourish. In his spare time, you will find Jason playing in the snow in the winter and hiking the Rockies in the summer.
