She co-hosts the Transform Tomorrow Today podcast, exploring change-making in organizations. Catherine lives between Canada and France and works across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, partnering with global companies like L’Oréal and Pernod Ricard. She is a leadership professor at HEC Paris, the author of three books on leadership and coaching, a dynamic keynote speaker, and a passionate advocate for coaching ethics.
