Linda McLoughlin, MCC, MBS, is the first recipient of the ICF Impact Distinguished Coach Educator award. A global master coach and founder of LeadershipWorks, she specializes in coaching cultures, education, and C-suite coaching. Linda co-hosts the ground-breaking Transform Tomorrow Today podcast, researching change-making in organizations, and co-founded the Trailblazers YouTube series, dedicated to impact through coaching education. She has worked across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, the U.S., and South America. A co-author of two books on change and an engaging conference speaker, Linda is also a past vice chair of the ICF Professional Coaches Global Board of Directors.
