Aikyna Finch serves as vice president of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) for the International Coaching Federation, where she has driven transformative change since July 2023. She leads global initiatives to build equitable coaching spaces, including expanding Member Resource Groups and establishing the DEIB Practitioners Group. A former dean, TEDx speaker, and tech educator with a doctorate in management, Aikyna blends technology, education, and leadership to amplify marginalized voices. Her work empowers coaches, leaders, and changemakers to dismantle barriers, foster connection, and create belonging through workshops, trainings, strategic thinking, empathy, and inclusive policy development.
