Angela Carter is a human resource developer, adult educator, and leadership coach. She is an assistant professor at Clemson University’s College of Education. With prior experience in leadership and learning roles across property management, high-tech, and manufacturing, she is dedicated to leader development, cultural competency, and organizational learning. Angela holds an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and serves on the ICF DEIB Council, advancing diversity through data analytics. Her research focuses on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and critical human resource development.
