Dr. Andrea Sinclair has over 20 years of experience conducting assessment and evaluation research across public and private sectors. In addition to managing a research team, her technical work focuses on developing and validating assessments for professional organizations, educational institutions, and military clients. Andrea has designed and implemented numerous mixed-methods evaluation projects, utilizing one-on-one interviews, focus groups, surveys, and comprehensive data analyses for diverse clients. Notable achievements include leading the development of the ICF Credentialing Exam, where she currently serves as the technical lead for ongoing maintenance and updates to the exam.
