Harvey Seifter is a leading authority on future-ready leadership, organizational creativity, and arts-based learning. His company, Creating Futures That Work, provides experiential learning using the arts to develop innovative leaders and high-performing teams. Harvey founded the NSF-funded Art of Science Learning Research Center, conducting groundbreaking research establishing causal links between arts-based learning and enhanced creative thinking, collaboration, and innovation. From 2012-23, he taught 25,000+ business leaders at GE's Crotonville Global Leadership Development Center.
