Karen Bernstein, ACC, CAE, MSW, MA, is an experienced executive with a background in professional development, governance, and fundraising. As vice president for Learning and Development at the International Coaching Federation, she oversees strategy, curation, and delivery of educational content, events, and leadership development. Previously, she served as associate director for Leadership and Governance Learning at ASAE and held roles in development, HR, and executive leadership at various Jewish communal organizations. Karen holds degrees from UC Irvine, USC, USA, and Hebrew Union College, USA, a coaching certificate from Brown University, USA, and the CAE credential from ASAE.
