Clare Beckett-McInroy, EdD, is the founder of BECKETT MCINROY GROUP (BMC), an accredited training school and consultancy providing coaching, mentoring, and supervision. Her global team created the CoachME Model, available in over 30 languages, delivering leader-as-coach programs while coaching executives, teams, and boards.
BMC won the first-ever ICF Coaching Impact Award as a Distinguished Training Provider in 2023. Clare received EMCC's Coaching Award for 2024 and was the nominating coach for ICF Middle East Prism Award winners, Qatar Financial Centre, in 2020.
Clare is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), EMCC Master Practitioner, and Accredited SUPERvisor. She specializes in culture transformation, systemic team coaching, and values activation. Her 'Team Advance Profile' (TAP360) tool has been used by organizations including PwC and the LEGO Group.
Clare co-founded ICF Bahrain and ICF Doha, trailblazing the Middle East's first ICF ACTP and EMCC Systemic SUPERvision programs in Arabic.
