Sophia Casey is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), executive coach, and consultant with over 20 years in learning and development, serving global corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies. She is CEO of ICLI RISING, an ICF-accredited coach training school, and a Founder of the International Black Coaches Alliance (IBCA). Sophia helps lead ICF’s Coaching Education Assessor Community and serves as an advisor for the ICF Mentor Coaching & Coaching Supervision and ICF Global Diversity Councils.
