Sophia Casey is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), executive coach, and consultant with
over 20 years in learning and development, serving global corporations, nonprofits, and
government agencies. She is CEO of ICLI RISING, an ICF-accredited coach training
school, and a Founder of the International Black Coaches Alliance (IBCA).
Sophia helps lead ICF’s Coaching Education Assessor Community and serves as an
advisor for the ICF Mentor Coaching & Coaching Supervision and ICF Global Diversity
Councils.

She trained and mentored thousands of coaches worldwide and consults for Google,
ACLU, TJ Maxx, and Dress for Success. Sophia was named USA Today’s Top
Transformational Coach and voted as the Best Coach for the Americas. She is a
bestselling author completing her ninth and tenth books—one chronicling her MCC
journey, and the other on advanced team coaching. Sophia champions increased
access to coaching as a tool for all to experience dignity, inclusion, and opportunity.
