                                                    As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Sunni Smith is the principal of her own 
coaching and consulting enterprise that specializes in executive/leadership development.
Among others, she has provided strategic and innovative professional services for leaders
at Salesforce, National Arts Strategies (NAS), Genentech within the Roche Group, the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the UCLA Anderson MBA Program.
With a background in counseling, business, and law, Sunni earned certifications in Team
Advantage Coaching®, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, and Conversational Intelligence®(C-IQ)
as well as several other coaching modalities and assessments. She is distinguished as a
trained, accredited facilitator in Coaching Supervision and was awarded an EMCC
Supervision Quality Award in 2022. Her latest certification is with Creating Futures that
Work® (CFTW), including its LISA (Leadership Innovation Skills Assessment) instrument.
She was also recently recruited to facilitate Group Coaching Supervision for Coaching for
Social Justice (CSJ).
