Barrhonda White, PCC is adjunct faculty for the Institute for Transformational Leadership and the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University. She also serves as the Director of Leadership Coaching & Teamwork for Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Business – Executive Graduate Programs. As the President of The Bink Group, LLC, Barrhonda helps prepare leaders for their proud moments through executive coaching, consulting and facilitation. Barrhonda offers more than twenty years of corporate business experience with a fortune 100 financial institution, and 15 years of leadership coaching and facilitation experience. She is a continuous learner and holds master’s degrees in Business Administration, Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Industrial / Organizational Psychology. Barrhonda is currently a doctoral candidate in Industrial / Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Leadership Development and Coaching. Lastly, Barrhonda is an ICF-credentialed coach (PCC), and her personal mantra is “live with no regrets.”
