Bill Pullen, MCC, is academic director of the Institute for Transformational Leadership and program director of the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University. He is also president of BPA Coaching and Consulting. His work as a coach, consultant, teacher and facilitator focuses on supporting senior leaders by developing their leadership capacity and aligning their behavior with organizational strategy and mission. Bill has a master’s degree in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University. He has done advanced training in leadership, adult development, diversity/equity/inclusion, polarities and paradox, neuroscience, mindfulness meditation, and systems and team coaching.
