This session will focus on the importance of embedding practices in coaching education programs that support the development of cultural humility. Session participants will gain insight into how cultural humility aligns with coaching core competencies and will hear a snapshot of best practices from one program’s approach.

 

The session will highlight select tools and techniques to inspire coach educators to begin weaving cultural humility into their own curriculum and teaching practices, enriching both their development and that of future coaches.
