Samantha Dye, MCC, ACTC, is a seasoned coach, educator, and advocate for cultural humility as a fundamental coaching skill. As lead instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Certified Professional Coach Program, she educates coaches to integrate cultural humility into their ongoing practice. Samantha brings years of experience in diverse organizational situations, including six years in South Africa with a grassroots movement focused on developing leaders. As a white woman impacted by her roots in rural America, Samantha knows what it is like to intentionally create spaces to be with those different from her, for the sake of learning.
