In this interactive session, coaches deepen their understanding of how othering, microaggressions, and discrimination show up in workplace environments, their impact on clients, and how to support clients facing these challenges.
Through reflection on identify and allyship, participants will explore their own biases and identities, and commit to being allies for marginalized individuals. In addition, learn to implement actionable tools, such as specific coaching techniques to help clients overcome feelings of alienation and support inclusive environments at work.
