Ellen Wagner is an experienced moderator, speaker, workshop facilitator, trainer, coach, and author who focuses on creating inclusive corporate cultures across Europe and the United States. She achieves this through strategic consulting, talks, and training on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As a queer, Black, and neurodivergent woman, Ellen’s approach is always intersectional and with a special focus on LGBTQIA hostility, anti-Black racism, and neurodivergence. Currently living in the U.S. with her wife and three children, this business psychologist trains, educates, and empowers organizations to understand equality and create a true sense of belonging.
