This session combines 30% presentation with 70% interactive exercises, designed to educate, inspire, and ease anxiety about the IRB/ECR process. Participants will explore common pitfalls and ethics case trends.
In the interactive portion, they'll review a fictional IRB Initial Review, determine its merit, and apply the 2025 Code of Ethics. Discussions will include cultural differences and biases. The goal is to deepen ethical thinking, maturity, and decision-making.
