Cecilia Engquist, PCC, MSc, is a certified leadership and executive coach, coaching instructor, and mentor and team coach. She is passionate about developing the coaching profession and has served in numerous volunteer roles for ICF at local and international levels. Currently, Cecilia holds a leadership role on the ICF Independent Review Board and contributed to the ICF Code of Ethics review. As a coach, she thrives partnering with leaders to expand enterprise thinking, executive presence, and emotional intelligence, while developing strategies to increase organizational influence and impact.
