This session follows a three-act structure using divergent and convergent thinking tools. Act I (Reflect): Self-narrative visioning exercises will help participants identify barriers to coaching education, find commonalities in their journeys, and explore how these challenges might affect Millennials and Gen Z. Act II (Understand): Participants will examine Level 1 coaching programs using insights from open-source research and potentially Millennial and Gen Z coach surveys/personas. Act III (Explore): Using the "Circle of Influence" framework, participants will ideate solutions and identify actionable steps to make coaching education more accessible to the next generation.
