A former high school Chinese teacher turned leadership development facilitator, Amani leverages education and design principles to unlock growth for individuals and organizations. In his current role, he has co-designed and delivered over 30 customized workshops for Fortune 500 executive teams, blending creative strategy, facilitation techniques, and next-generation technology to help leaders translate challenges into actionable roadmaps. Amani studied Chinese and Philosophy at Middlebury College and earned his Master of Management Science in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University’s Schwarzman Scholars, deepening his commitment to cross-cultural understanding. Now an International Coaching Federation Foundation Scholarship recipient, he is pursuing the ICF ACC credential to make learning and development accessible across all ages, roles, and neurotypes.
