Claire Williams is an executive coach, writer, and speaker who has developed thousands of leaders, from managers to the C-Suite, in dozens of organizations across five continents, including Target, McDonalds, and Marriott.

Claire’s superpower is making transformational concepts — like Vertical Development and the Enneagram — digestible and actionable for leaders and teams. She holds a master’ degree in organizational development and a PCC credential through ICF.

Claire publishes a Substack newsletter called “The Diving Board” and is working on publishing her first book. She lives in St. Paul, MN, USA, with her husband and two kids.
