Joan Cook is an executive coach with more than 30 years of experience. After transitioning from marketing management in the early ’90s, she pioneered executive coaching, working with senior leaders in industries such as banking, health care, and technology. At EY, she supports partners through career transitions and leads high-performing team initiatives in the U.S. and Latin America. Her global perspective is shaped by early career experience in Mexico and ongoing work in Latin America. She holds a Master of Arts in human resource management, an MBA, and is a founding ICF member with an MCC credential.
