As former global head of organization development, leadership, coaching, diversity, and culture at Tata Consultancy Services, Preeti established the LeaD Academy and Coaching Centre of Excellence. Her coaching initiatives reached 12,000+ senior leaders, earning industry recognition, including the PRISM 2021 award and inclusion in the Bloomberg Gender Index.

She served on the International Coaching Federation board, reinforcing her commitment to leadership and systemic transformation.
