Rosa Edinga brings passion, energy, and authenticity to coaching and speaking. A PCC and certified executive coach, she mentors, educates, and supervises coaches, helping them deepen their skills and presence. She co-designed several ICF CCE-approved programs and contributed to ICF’s Educator Competencies. For more than 12 years, Rosa has coached public service leaders and healthcare professionals, empowering them to lead with authenticity and courage. She believes real magic happens when people bring their whole selves — including the messy parts — to the table. Rosa is also a devoted mom, sandwich generation member, loud football fan, and dry shampoo enthusiast.
