Jim Gavin, PhD, is a full professor and director of the Centre for Human Flourishing at Concordia University in Montreal, where he also leads an ICF Level 2 coach training program. He is an ICF Master Certified Coach and an Integral Master Coach. He is widely published, with his latest book titled, "Foundations of Professional Coaching." Jim has coached and consulted worldwide over the past five decades. His deep interests in the somatics of human development and personal change are informed by his practices in Aikido, Iaido, meditation, and yoga. He has five absolutely amazing children.
