Amy Hiett is an executive coach who helps senior leaders grow and thrive. With 25 years of experience working with high performers, she creates customized coaching plans focused on goal setting, teamwork, communication, and personal values alignment. Previously, Amy co-founded and served as general manager of The Table Group, working with Patrick Lencioni to develop organizational health strategies. She holds a degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is pursuing a master’s in counseling at St. Mary’s College of California. Amy lives in Moraga, California, USA, with her family and enjoys reading, traveling, and community volunteering.
