Jeremy May is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified executive coach, leadership consultant, and TEDx speaker. Over the past 8 years, Jeremy has worked internally with organizations to help leaders improve DEIB efforts, navigate the complexities of change, manage conflict effectively, and build their awareness of self and others. Prior to that, he spent 3 years as a frontline leader in the retail community bank where he led multiple branches. Jeremy has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. When not working with leaders, Jeremy spends his time with his wife and 2 kids and enjoys flexing his competitive muscles in strategy board games and pickleball.
